General Terms
BlogMoney is an advertising platform through blogs. After reading the following paragraphs, you are aware of the conditions of participation on this platform as a Blogger. If you agree, please create an account here. After creating your account, in order to use the BlogMoney service, you must sign a contract. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this platform.
In these conditions, `Blogger` collectively means any person or entity participating in BlogMoney, who receives remuneration for the creation of text posts with links to the blogosphere, within the campaigns organized on BlogMoney.
Blog eligibility   To participate on the BlogMoney platform as a Blogger, you must have a blog that is at least 30 days old and has at least 10 posts published since it was launched. BlogMoney reserves the right to reject the blogs that are not considered appropriate according to the eligibility criteria.
Eligibility criteria   a) To display posts in reverse chronological order. Last published material will always be displayed first. b) Each post to have its own URL. c) Page must have RSS feed. d) To have pingback protocol implemented. e) To have Tags. f) Posts to be dated. g) To have the archive of posts, in a reverse chronological order. h) To provide information about the author. i) To not spam. j) To not promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion etc. k) To not include traffic optimization tools such as pop-unders, hidden banners etc. l) To allow access to information without requiring a username and a password. m) To contain at least 50% original posts, written by the blog author. n) To have been active in the last 30 days.
Blogger eligibility   Any person aged over 14 can create an account on BlogMoney if they have a functional and active blog.
Netiquette   BlogMoney will not tolerate any form of political, racial, religious or sexual discrimination, present in a Blogger's text that is written on the platform or the usage of inappropriate language in the texts published using this system. Also, it is mandatory to follow the rules of spelling and grammar of the language which the post is written in. The publishing of copyrighted material among their own articles, without prior permission of the author, entails the elimination of that Blogger from the campaign they bid for, as well as the deletion of the post that broke the rules, on the Advertiser's demand. Any attempt of spamming, viral and other unsolicited advertising forms is strictly forbidden, if it is found in an article that is meant to participate in a BlogMoney campaign. BlogMoney reserves the right to cut a Blogger's access to the platform if they abuse their rights, causing harm to the Advertiser who initiated the campaign.
Copyright   The Blogger assigns to BlogMoney all copyright on the articles done using information thas was provided by the system www.blogmoney.com and for which the Blogger was paid by the Advertiser. Transmission of copyright, publishing and dissemination of the materials published by the Blogger on their blog operates from the date of their publication, for an indefinite period.
Remuneration and payment methods   The value of the payment for each article is determined by the Blogger and Advertiser, before publishing any written material on the blog. The payment is made at the request of the blogger, on the 1st and 15th of the month, according to the method of payment chosen by each blogger.
Blogger's rights   a) To decide under what name will the work be disclosed to the public; b) To not accept changes to the written material, if it damages their honor or reputation;
Blogger's obligations   a) To publish on their personal blog the written articles, in the terms established by the Advertiser, following the deadlines and form required by the Advertiser. b) To not convey to others information about the written material and offers available on www.blogmoney.com, or about the associated or bidding companies. All data provided by www.blogmoney.com and to which the blogger has access are considered confidential, except for the articles already published by them. c) To ensure a permanent presence on the blog of the post paid. Deleting a post that the Blogger has submitted in a campaign entails the removal from the Blogger's account of the amount of money they received for publishing that certain post. d) Acquisition and/or publication of the lists of offers from the companies participating in this program is strictly forbidden. e) Contacting the Advertiser by a Blogger during a campaign in BlogMoney, to offer a direct collaboration, leads to suspension of that Blogger's account and withdrawal of the money found in their account at that time.
Advertiser's rights   a) To have access to certain data of the blog (upon request), to partially or fully reproduce materials that fall under these conditions and decide on their release date; b) To accept in their campaigns only those Bloggers whom they consider suitable for promoting their interest; c) It is possible to refuse to pay any material deemed inappropriate, given the following conditions: - published post has no connection with the campaign conditions; - published post violates legislation on discrimination based on sex, religion, nationality etc; - published post is copied from another blog or from a previously published literary work.
Advertiser's obligations   a) To pay the Blogger the proper amount and following the agreed deadlines. b) To allow the blogger to make improvements or changes to any material published on the blog, given that they are desired and deemed necessary by the Advertiser;
Legal liability   a) Blogger remains responsible for the content created and transferred to the Advertiser b) Through their actions and published materials, the Blogger undertakes not to perform any action that would harm the interests of BlogMoney or of the companies that use the site www.blogmoney.com. c) The advertiser agrees to pay all the products of the blogger that were realized without affecting their honor or reputation in any way.
